Observation

2a) The crib room has many items in it that could be accessible to a child that could pose a hazard. An example of an accessible choking hazard was the chess set placed on the dresser. 4e) The water in the laundry room bathroom tested at 132.7 degrees F. 5a) the outlet in the hall bathroom next to the sink is not tamper resistant. Dispute Description: 2a) There are no items accessible to children that posses a hazard. Chess set mentioned as example has pieces that are all more than 1 3/4 inches tall. 4e) Licensor is likely using a bad thermometer. At multiple times using 2 different thermometers available to us, the water temperature measured between 115-120 degrees Fah. 5a) Outlet mentioned is not a new outlet and is an inaccessible outlet that is GFCI as per building code and WAC. 2a) There are no items accessible to children that posses a hazard.
